We usually shoot our photos or crop our photos for one of the two common ratios below.  Prints sizes are available for each of the two ratios or any other size you may like.  For the enlargements, it will depend on the pixel count of the original photo whether or not it will be available. In the chart below the colors show sort-of-similar size comparisons of the two ratios.  5x7 prints can be easily cropped out of a 4x6, the length just gets shorter.
