Our photographs, referred to as Images, are copyright protected by law and we are the only ones who can make legal copies of our images or distribute them, regardless of various technologies or software that facilitate illegal copying. For security, there is non-erasable identification data deeply imbedded into each image that allows tracking by our security department.

For the authorized un-paid use of our images, which we call Courtesy Images, accessed through our website in a Gallery or Private Gallery there are Terms of Use that apply to all images.

1. There are two types of Courtesy Images, "Print Images" and "Web Images".

2. "Print Images" are high quality images used for authorized Printing.

3. "Web Images" are small sized images used for sending in emails and posting on websites.

4. There are two kinds of use of Courtesy Images, "Personal Use" and "Non-Personal Use".

5. "Personal Use" is for the sole use of an individual to share with their family and friends.

6. "Non-Personal Use" is for a business to share with their patrons and is authorized by express written permission only.

7. Free Admission to a Private Gallery is granted via Password to access Images for either Personal or Non-Personal Use.

8. Passwords for the Private Gallery may only be distributed to family members and immediate friends of the person issued the Private Gallery, or to employees of a business.

9. Web Images may be saved to your own computer or mobile device and displayed for personal use as approved.

10. Web images may be shared with family and friends, who may also display them on their personal computer or mobile device for personal use.

11. Images labeled "Print Images" may be printed In-Home on your own printer but up to a MAXIMUM of (5) prints of each image.

12. Images labeled 'Print Images" may be printed by a Vendor other than VisionShots.com but up to a MAXIMUM of two (2) prints of each image.

13. For prints exceeding the In-Home or Vendor MAXIMUMS, the images must be printed through our vendor in our shopping cart online.

14. VisionShots.com Trademarks may not be removed from Images.

15.These Terms of Use may only be changed in writing by an official agent of VisionShots.com.

16. Sale of Images is strictly prohibited unless otherwise by express written permission of an official agent of VisionShots.com.
